Happy Monday everyone!! I hope you had a beautiful weekend, and are feeling inspired and refreshed for the week ahead!  This weekend was such an exciting one because Doug and I officially moved in to our new apartment on the East side!! It was one of the best weekends, and we are already in love with our new place!  Definitely stay in touch because I’m going to be sharing tons of photos and decorating tips very soon!!

Last week my best friend Ally (A Touch of Tulle) and I continued our yearly tradition of visiting the Tulip Time festival in Holland, Michigan! It was a beautiful spring day, and we had the best time exploring Windmill Island and visiting downtown!  I was actually beyond sick when we were taking these pictures, so my time at the festival didn’t last quite as long as I had hoped, but we still enjoyed the beautiful day!  Ally and I have been roommates for the past two years, and I was so glad we were able to spend the day together before we part ways for our careers!

On to the outfit! Gingham is one of my go-to essentials during spring and summer, and this dress from Express is one of my favorites!  I paired the look with my favorite yellow raincoat and some yellow Hunter boots, and I literally felt like I belonged in the field of flowers!  I think that’s why I’m so drawn to gingham, it’s easy to pair with EVERYTHING!

Check out my Tulip Time posts from 2016 & 2017, I feel like I look like a completely different person! It is truly amazing how much can change in two years!  I have loved our tradition of visiting Tulip Time for the past three years now, and I know I’m going to be visiting the West side very often! I hope you all have a beautiful Monday!!

Love & Good Vibes

Tessa
