Simplistic Stripes in Spain

Happy Wednesday everyone!!

If you ask me, two piece sets are probably one of the greatest things ever invented!  Not only are they chic and stylish paired together, but they can also be worn separately to create completely different looks!  Plus, buying two items of clothing for the price of one maxi dress (score)!  

I must admit, I was living in this outfit in Spain!  The weather was perfect, and the built in shorts made this outfit even more comfortable!  The longer skirt will flow beautifully behind you while walking, showing off the cute shorts and a little bit of leg!  I must say, when I was walking up the endless stairs in Ibiza in this outfit, I felt very “Mamma Mia” when Meryl Streep was sprinting up to the chapel (is The Winner Takes It All stuck in your head yet?)!

The best part about this two piece is the fact that the waistband is elastic, so not only is it flattering but also comfortable (especially if you eat an entire GF, DF pizza from the random Pizza Hut)!  When I saw this matching set in the display at Pull&Bear, I was instantly sold!

    Seriously you pull that look off beautifully! I have never tried a two piece set being 6’1″ I am super intimated by them and I don’t think they will look that great on me. However you are giving me inspiration to try!
