Happy Monday everyone! I hope you all had a lovely weekend, and are feeling inspired and motivated for the week ahead!
Since it’s officially the first day of May, the countdown to California and Europe begins for me! I will be flying out to California courtesy of Victoria’s Secret PINK (SO excited!) May 19-21, and I am hopping on a red-eye flight to Barcelona, Spain immediately after! Doug and I are heading to Europe on vacation with one of our best friends, and we are going to be visiting Barcelona, Rome, Munich, Budapest, Paris, Majorca, and Ibiza all in the duration of two full weeks! I am so excited, and I cannot wait to share (literally) every single moment of both trips with all of you!! The weather in Michigan has been pretty unpredictable, per usual, however last week we were able to have a few days of beautiful sunshine and temperatures in the 70-80s! Since the weather was truly perfect, Ally (A Touch of Tulle) and I headed to Grand Haven to enjoy the first moments of summer vacation! We spent the day snacking on the famous Pronto Pup corndogs, enjoying lunch at the Toasted Pickle, snapping polaroid pictures, and walking barefoot along the pier! I chose to wear a very old-school summer themed outfit, so I couldn’t resist wearing this adorable overall dress! The best part about this dress is the fact that the straps are completely adjustable, and I love the slight distressed detail! I paired the dress with my striped mustard top (available IN STORE at Forever 21!), and the cutest pair of lace-up booties! It was truly the perfect day!
Since today is not only Monday, but the first of May, use today to write down your monthly goals and aspirations! Today is a fresh start for a new month, so make it a successful one!! I hope you have a beautiful Monday!
