Let’s Explore: Ashker’s Juice Bar & Café

Take a look at one of my favorite juice bars, Ashker’s on Elmwood, where their mission is “to help you and the people you care about live a happy and healthy life”…

Happy Friday everyone!  I hope you all had a wonderful week, and accomplished some of your goals!!  With three days of classes, work, and icy weather, I couldn’t help but reminisce about Doug and I’s trip to New York this previous summer!  I have so many beautiful memories tied to that trip (check out my Travel Recap: Pennsylvania, New York, Ohio post and my Let’s Explore: SPoT Coffee Elmwood, New York post), and I cannot wait to go back!

You all know how much I simply adore juice bars, so stumbling upon Ashker’s in Buffalo, New York was the perfect surprise!  I was instantly drawn to the raw, organic details, and the fresh pressed juice was incredible!  I chose the Morning Cooler, which was a blend of beets, peaches, bananas, and oranges!  I sat outside and enjoyed the scenery (and weather!), and I chatted with some of the locals that were passing by!  Everyone was so friendly and outgoing, and they truly made me feel welcome even though they had absolutely no idea who I was!  I vowed that day that I wanted to live there with Doug, so we’ll see what happens in the future!

As I’ve mentioned in previous posts, this year is going to be a very exciting year full of change and new beginnings!  It’s also going to be the year of adventure, travel, and exploration, with the first trip being in February!  Doug and I have a bunch of trips and adventures planned for this year, and I cannot wait to share every moment with you!  He and I also booked a cruise to the Bahamas this past weekend, and I am so excited to spend a week in paradise with my best friend!  Do you have any fun trips planned this year?  Definitely let me know in the comments!
