Happy Friday everyone! I hope you’ve had a wonderful week, and are ready for a beautiful weekend!!
I think it’s safe to say I’ve found my new obsession, and it is definitely the crepes from Brown Butter Creperie & Café! I had the cinnamon & sugar crepe, and it was absolutely delicious! I’d never tried a crepe before that day, and the best part is the fact that every crepe can be made gluten and dairy free!! They also have incredible coffee, and the entire aesthetic is organic and truly beautiful! Aside from crepes, they have other food options for brunch such as salads and paninis, and they are bringing leige waffles and quiche to the menu soon! I can definitely see myself being a frequent visitor, especially since I’ve already made plans to go again next week!
Two of my best friends and I visited Brown Butter before heading to the Tulip Time festival in Holland, and it was the most beautiful, sunny day! We had so much fun chatting and snapping polaroids, and it was truly the perfect morning for brunch! Cassie ordered the lemon & sugar crepe, and Ally ordered the blueberry & goat cheese crepe, and both of them recommend trying those flavors if you’re ever in the Grand Rapids area!
