The leaves are changing and sweater weather is finally upon us, and my entire being could not be happier! With the midterm season upon us, I wanted to share 11 of my favorite ways to detox and de-stress! Stress is something that we all experience, but it’s also something that can easily be reduced with a little bit of TLC! Treat yourself to some self-love (you deserve it), and you’ll find that handling stress will become much easier with time!

With the new age and the new season, I’ve really taken the time to reflect on the past 21 years of my life! I feel like this year alone I was able to learn and grow into a much different person; someone I began to feel proud of, someone who I loved unconditionally! We’ve all experienced ups and downs throughout our entire lives, but each of those moments help shape us into the strong, beautiful people that we were meant to be; the best possible versions of ourselves!
With this reflection, I wanted to share 21 of the most important “lessons” that I have learned throughout these past 21 years of life! Life is truly what you make it (cue Hannah Montana, who doesn’t rock out to that song on occasion!?), so make it the best it can be!

September was a bit of a “lax” month for me when it came to blogging/social media, and that is because this semester hit me full force! I felt like there weren’t enough hours in the day, and I wasn’t taking the (much needed) time to relax and enjoy each and every day. However! My absence from blogging does not mean I was slacking on content, I promise! The truth is, I’ve been working even harder creating content that I am absolutely ecstatic to share with all of you!!

Something that has really resonated with me this week has been happiness, rejuvenation, and feeling refreshed! A healthy body starts from the inside out, which is why releasing negative vibes and detoxifying is one of the best things! This can be letting go of anything from habits, food/drink, relationships/friendships, social media; truly anything that may not be bringing joy into your life. Make today your day to cleanse, your day to focus on yourself and your happiness, and to refresh and rejuvenate your soul!
With the new season upon us and the semester in full swing, I wanted to share an updated workout routine! We’ve had a little bit of cooler weather in Michigan, and I must admit I am completely ready for fall! The leaves are beginning to change, apple orchards are preparing their infamous pumpkin doughnuts and hot cider, and my 21st birthday is a little over two weeks away; it’s time to amp up my workout routine!!
