First, Preheat your oven to 400 degrees and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Next, take a few tablespoons of cheese and spread to a 2 inch diameter. I made 9 piles on my baking sheet, spreading each about 1 to 2 inches apart. Once the oven is preheated, bake for 6-8 minutes or until golden. I baked mine for about 6 1/2 minutes, and they turned out more chewy (which is how I wanted them)!
Make sure you let the crisps cool completely on the baking sheet before you remove them. Once cool, use a thin spatula to remove them and enjoy!

This crisps are absolutely delicious, and they are a healthier alternative to chips! I used shredded parmesan cheese, however any shredded cheese can be substituted for this recipe! Also, try adding some freshly cracked pepper to the top before you bake the crisps! Let me know if you try this out in the comments below, they are definitely worth trying!
