BTS Snack: Healthy Mini Pizzas


For these mini pizzas, you will need some Olive Oil, Salt and Pepper, One Tomato, and some Parmesan Cheese!


First, preheat your oven to 400 degrees.  Then cut your tomato into slices.  I prefer my slices to be thinner, but you can cut it to your liking!  I cut four slices, however feel free to cut more or less.


After cutting the tomatoes, drizzle them in a little bit of olive oil.


After drizzling the olive oil, add some salt and pepper onto each tomato.


Place the tomatoes on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, and bake for 15-20 minutes (or until the cheese is golden).


Let the tomatoes cool for a few minutes before removing, and enjoy!


These are easy to make, they barely take any time, and they are delicious!

This is the second snack post in my Back to School Series, and it is one of my favorites!  This is a great snack to make after classes are finished for the day, and it is a much healthier alternative than regular pizza or pizza rolls.  Also, try adding some Italian Seasoning to really bring forward that traditional “pizza” flavor!  Let me know if the comments if you try this recipe, I think you’ll be surprised with how delicious these are!
