31 Days of Fall: Homemade Pumpkin Spice Latte (Vegan & GF)!

October means one thing, pumpkin spice lattes!  Today I decided to skip the line and make my own, and I’m already obsessed…

Ingredients

  • Coffee of your choice  *I make mine using a french press
  • Milk of your choice
  • A cute mug!
  • Pumpkin (or pumpkin pie filling)
  • Ground cinnamon
  • Ground nutmeg
  • Ground cloves
  • Can opener
  • Measuring spoons

Step One

Make your coffee!  I make mine in a french press, and I let it steep for about three minutes!

 

Step Two

Once your coffee is finished, add approximately one tablespoon of pumpkin and stir!  Then add one teaspoon of ground cinnamon, a half of a teaspoon of nutmeg, and a half of a teaspoon of ground cloves!  Make sure you stir well!

 

Step Three

Once all of the ingredients are combined, add in the milk of your choice!  Everyone has a different coffee to milk ratio, so fill to your liking!

Mix well, and you’re done!  I added some ground cinnamon to the top, and enjoyed!
